Return Policy

All Sales Are Final!


If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, please return within 10 days for a complete refund (if ordered online.) Customer is responsible for any and all shipping fees (Shipping will not be refunded, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping fees.) All merchandise must be returned in original packing and in original condition.

Any returns after 10 days will charged a 20% restocking fee, and an in-store credit will be issued.

For in-store purchases, refunds shall consist of an in-store credit.

Before returning any merchandise, you must call Pat's Tack & Western Wear (716-537-2616) for authorization. Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

We strongly suggest you insure any merchandise being returned. Pat's Tack & Western Wear shall not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Any returns not meeting the above requirements will not be accepted.
